2 pounds red potatoes
cup mayonnaise
cup sour cream
cup plain yogurt
? cup thinly sliced green onion
2 dill pickle spears, chopped, or more to taste
4? teaspoons Dijon mustard
4? teaspoons prepared horseradish
teaspoon celery seed
teaspoon salt
teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 dash onion salt
1 dash garlic powder
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
How to Make Grandma's Creamy Potato Salad With Sour Cream
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, 20 to 30 minutes. Drain and cool slightly. Slice potatoes into a large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt, onions, pickles, mustard, horseradish, celery seed, salt, pepper, garlic, onion salt, and garlic powder in a small bowl; mix until combined. Pour dressing over sliced potatoes and toss to coat. Gently stir in eggs.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
